so I've read through the first three books from this series (including the one with the pull out map, yay!) and I'll have to admit it took me a while to get back some of the gratuitous plot points (a gay & sexual aggresive vulcan foremost in my mind), but eventually I got to like the series. I can tell there's a few characters that have shown up in other book series, as the authors just throw them in without a care in the world, lol.

Not seen them either, but Ill probably pick them up when i run out of TNG/Voyager/etc.
I'm a huge fan of the technical guides, so I got a kick out of the layout plans that were in one of the books :)
did u get the huge set of Enterprise D blueprints ? deck by deck....they were incredible detail.

actually own two copies, one that I hoped and had a couple framed, and the other...not opened and sitting in it's plastic on a bookshelf. I hope to one day give them to my possible children :)
